Terms of Service

These terms govern use of TeamPost at https://teampost.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: support@teampost.app.

1. The service

TeamPost lets teams draft, approve, schedule, and publish social content to connected Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok accounts, and view Instagram and Facebook analytics. X is not available yet.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Workspace admins are responsible for who they invite and which social accounts they connect. You must have the right to publish to every connected account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store it and to send it to the platforms you connect, on your instructions (including scheduled publish). You are responsible for captions, media, disclosures, and music in that content.

4. Platform rules

Publishing through TeamPost does not replace the terms of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or X. You must follow those terms, including TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy when you post to TikTok. We may refuse or fail a publish that those APIs reject.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use TeamPost to spam, scrape, impersonate others, post unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to access accounts you do not control. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the service or connected platform APIs.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to request deletion. Contact privacy@teampost.app.

7. Availability

We provide the service as-is. Platform outages, expired tokens, or app-review limits (for example TikTok unaudited apps posting only to private accounts) can delay or block publishes. We are not liable for missed schedules caused by those third-party limits.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamPost is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content you choose to publish. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you have paid nothing.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer or mandatory local law says otherwise.
