How to delete your data

You can remove TeamPost data yourself, or ask us to do it. This page is the data-deletion instructions URL for Meta app review.

1. Disconnect a social account

Sign in and open Settings → Connected accounts. Disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or Threads. We revoke the platform token where the platform supports it and clear stored tokens and profile metadata for that connection.

2. Delete a workspace

Workspace admins can delete a workspace. That removes its posts, media, members, and connected accounts.

3. Email a deletion request

To delete your TeamPost account or remaining platform data, email privacy@teampost.app from the address on the account. We will confirm and complete deletion without undue delay.

4. Facebook, Instagram, and Threads

If you remove TeamPost from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and send a data deletion request, Meta calls our callback. We delete Facebook/Instagram tokens, profile metadata, and analytics stored from that authorization, then return a confirmation code. Check status at /data-deletion/<code>. Threads uses the same process.
